PC Support & Installation
PC Setup of One PC & up to 3 Peripherals
We will setup your new PCs Monitor, keyboard, mouse, install up to 3 of your USB connected peripherals (Printer, Camera, Web Cam, etc.) We will make sure you are connected to your existing Internet connection. We then give 20 minutes of basic usage instruction. This installation does not include the setup of a wireless router, any inwall wiring, or mounting of any kind.
Data Transfer Up to 8 GB
We will transfer up to 8 gigs of Data from your old PC to your new PC. For the best results, it is recommended that you have us transfer your old data to an external hard drive, thumb Drive or SD card. Data Transfer is an add on to a PC Setup Installation only, & requires that your old PC is running without any major issues at the time of transfer. Additional data transfer can be purchased, if needed.
Backup Imaging of a windows based PC
We can backup your new or reloaded computers current state with all of the software, drivers, & settings the way they are at the time of installation, so that if you have a Virus or Spyware issue later. Your computer is easily set back to it's optimal running performance. This requires a backup software purchase at the time of your PC Setup. So if you like the idea of having a perfect running PC, then this is a great add on to your PC Setup. In most cases this operation can be performed remotely, or with some assistance over the phone. at a small per incedent fee. Windows XP, 7, or 8 are compatible with our software.
Basic Operating System Reload
Most computers that are running slow just need the operating system cleaned out and/or reloaded. We will reload your licensed copy of XP or Widows 7, & load the basics for you to get things going again. We have Pickup & Delivery available.
Wireless Networking Setup
This installation includes setup, & password protection of a newly purchased wireless router to an existing High Speed internet connection, for up to Two Computers / Devices. Examples of Devices would be: a Blue Ray Player, Video Game System, Roku Box, Apple TV, or an Android Device / Tablet.
Wired Networking
This installation includes a hard wired connection to a newly purchased wireless router or an existing High Speed internet connection, for one Computer / Device, and running Cat6 wire through standard construction walls and attic / crawl space. Examples of a Device would be: a Blue Ray Player, Video Game System, Roku Box, Apple TV, or an Android Device / Tablet / Laptop. Parts are not included with this installation. An example of parts would be: Cat6 Cable, Cable Ends, Wall Plates, or Wall Boxes. This installation must be purchased with a Home Theater, Flat screen TV, or PC Installation.
